Civil Air Patrol Training Conference
About this event
Civil Air Patrol’s aerospace education mission serves two audiences: CAP members and the general public. All cadets and senior members are required to participate in aerospace education as part of advancement and professional development, ensuring a solid understanding of aerospace principles and current issues. These programs are supported by CAP National Headquarters at Maxwell Air Force Base, which provides high-quality, up-to-date educational materials.
CAP also delivers aerospace education externally through schools and educator workshops nationwide, reaching thousands of students each year and highlighting both foundational concepts and modern aerospace technology.
During the March CAP event, the Utah Rocket Club (UROC) will support these aerospace education efforts by providing hands-on rocketry experience, technical knowledge, and practical demonstrations that reinforce CAP’s educational objectives and give participants real-world exposure to aerospace concepts.
