MJG was established in 2002 to fill a need in the pyrotechnic industry. In 2009 we opened another plant in Mexico, to help compete and keep igniter and e-match costs down. In 2014 we developed the only igniter not regulated by the ATF to help serve the model rocket industry. This 10,000 square ft. facility is their base of assembly and worldwide distribution.Their product line includes the MJG Firewire Initiator - Made mainly for consumer fireworks and rocketry, wires, clips and many more items.
Some of the products that they produce for the Rocketry hobby include their "Composite Rocket Starter Kit" which is a pack of ready to use 8" Starters for your Aerotech model rockets. And their "BP Rocket Starter Kit" which is a pack of ready to use 4" Starters for your Estes or any black powder model rockets motors.
